After crawling back to .500 before last week, we suffered a bit of a setback in Week 8. However, we’re still right there to take back our positive record against the spread. Hopefully, the 2019 NFL Week 9 Picks will put us in the money, and we don’t look back.

THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
On Thursday, the 3-4-1 Arizona Cardinals hosted the undefeated San Francisco 49ers. With the Niners playing so well, and the Cardinals defense looking lackluster, it appeared to be the perfect opportunity for San Francisco to win BIG in a division game. However, as most Thursday Night games go, we didn’t get what we expected. Arizona kept pace, and San Francisco’s run game wasn’t nearly as effective in previous weeks.
Jimmy Garoppolo had to go out and win the game with his arm, something that hasn’t been done this season. Their franchise QB threw for 300+ yards and four touchdowns on their way to a 28-25 victory. While the Niners won, we did not, as we took the 49ers -10.5. What should’ve been a big win ended up being a closer game than expected.
