The key to having an advantage over your competition in NBA 2K20 is having the best build to compliment your gameplay

Another NBA 2K season is upon us and now that we are about a couple weeks in, many players have released what they deem to be their best builds thus far. Per Sources’ very own Steven Pepper looked into what might be the best NBA2K20 Stretch build so far (click here).

In order to bring you guys the best NBA 2K20 builds, I had to do a lot of research and look into what the community thought. Here are some of the best NBA 2K20 builds so far in mid September.

Quick NBA 2K20 MyPlayer Builder recap:

First, you will choose your position. Then, in order to create your build, you will need to pick a pie chart from a selection of options to choose your Skill Breakdown and Physical Profile. Then you set your potentials which can be altered by your body type, height, weight, and wingspan. All these components control which Takeovers you can select.

Duke Dennis’ Best Stretch Big 2K20 Build:

Duke Dennis dropped his best build for stretch big as well on YouTube. He basically went with a Power Forward. For Skill BreakDown, he chose the one that emphasizes shooting, leaving the other three divided equally. His next pie chart leveraged Agility and Vertical equally, over Strength.

For his physical attributes, he gave him a “defined” body shape, 6’11 height, 205 lbs weight, and 87.0″ wingspan. For his takeover, he chose shot creator. These attributes brought his midrange potential to a 90, three point to 86, and post fade to 95.

StaxMontana’s Best 2K20 Small Forward Build:

StaxMontana dropped his best NBA 2K20 Small Forward build on YouTube as well. For Skill Breakdown, he chose the pie chart that emphasizes heavily on ‘PLAYMAKING’, leaving the rest diviid up equally. His physical profile pie chart was the one that emphasized on ‘Agility’ & ‘Vertical’, to ultimately give him an advantage over bigs.

For his physical attributes, he a “built” body shape, 6’8 height, 203 lbs, and a 80.0″ wingspan. Shot Creator was the natural choice for shot creator. His build gave him a potential of 93 Pass Accuracy, 86 Ball Handle, 81 Mid-Range Shot, 75 Three-Point Shot, and ultimately enough size and speed to have an advantage over both bigs and guards on the offensive end.

Grinding DG dropped his “MOST OVERPOWERED SPEEDBOOSTING SHARPSHOOTER BUILD ON NBA2K20” on YouTube as well.

He is a firm believer that even with the buff, stretch shooters are not reliable enough to carry a team. He chose a Shooting Guard with a skill piechart of the one with the most shooting, and the physical pie chart with the most speed.

Body shape slight. 6’6, lowest weight 180 lbs. Two ticks down on wingspan to80.9″. For his takeover, he chose Shot Creator. Some of his potentials included Mid-Range Shot 94 , Three-Point Shot 95 and 72 Ball-Control. This build enables you to take over the games. The one knock off, is you won’t have the “glitchy behind the back move“.

Some other NBA 2K20 builds I’m still looking into:

Quil dropped his “DEMIGOD BUILD & BADGES! BEST BUILD & JUMPSHOT 2K20” video Youtube the other day. A guard who can do it all. KellHitEmUP95 dropped a variation of best builds on YouTube as well.
